基于文化触媒的城市更新是顺应城市发展新阶段与新需求及城市内涵提升的重要体现,也是当前大多城市期待投身的热点领域。结合对国内外典型案例的剖析,归纳了文化触媒中“物、人、事”三大核心载体及分别以其主导的“旗舰类”设施导向、“集群类”产业导向、“事件类”活动导向3类主要更新模式,并探究了触媒作用路径的“载体激活、触媒扩散、动态持续”3个阶段,对文化触媒策略适用性涉及的场地资源与基础条件、城市能级与财力基础、城市需求与功能定位、智库支持与运营机制4个要素进行了探讨,以期为当前我国城市更新中合理运用文化触媒策略提供参考与借鉴。
Abstract:Urban regeneration based on cultural catalyst is an important embodiment of conforming to the new stage of urban development and new demands and the enhancement of urban connotation, and it is also a hot spot that most cities expect to devote themselves to at present. Combined with the analysis of typical cases at home and abroad, the article summarizes the three core carriers of “things, people and events” in cultural catalysts and their respective “flagship” facility-oriented, “cluster” industry-oriented and “event-oriented” urban regeneration projects, and the three phases of “carrier activation, catalyst diffusion and dynamic continuity” in the path of catalyst action are explored. The four elements are discussed, including “site resources and basic conditions, urban capacity and financial base, urban demand and functional positioning, think tank support and operation mechanism”, with a view to providing reference and reference for the rational use of cultural catalyst strategy in the current urban regeneration in China.
