北京建筑大学学报

玉泉营城市节点位于北京市三环路丰台区段，为西南三环路对外重要交通节点。本文通过对其现状调研分析，以可持续发展战略思想为指导，以城市交通，土地使用规划，城市生态环境；视觉环境；人文环境；空间环境等方面入手，对该城市节点进行城市设计构思。探求能够满足广大市民日常生活基本需求，满足城市诸功能要求的，面向21世纪中国“山水城市”的设计方法。

Yuquanying urban joint is an important traffic joint located in south-west third ring road in Beijing. This paper documents a planning and design of this joint in the light of sostainable development based upon the study of its current situation. In parallel with the concern for the city traffic , the land use, the urban ecological evironment, visual evironment, space evironment and humanistic evironment, our planning and design is extended to seek a new pattern of design for "Chinese garden city"as China moves into the new century which satisfies both the city traffic and the residents daily needs.
