近年来,我国城市综合管廊建设事业得到了快速发展,然而一些城市在未充分考虑自身对综合管廊的切实需求情况下,出现盲目跟风建设管廊的苗头.结合已有文献与城市综合管廊的特性,构建城市综合管廊建设的宏观适宜性评价指标体系,以综合管廊试点城市为基础,运用熵值法确定指标权重,最终建立了宏观适宜性模糊评价模型,并应用模型评价了选取城市的适宜性水平.旨在从城市宏观层面出发,提供一种评价管廊建设适宜性水平的思路,避免城市综合管廊建设的盲目性.
Abstract:In recent years, the construction of urban utility tunnels in China has developed rapidly. However, some cities have blindly followed the trend of building utility tunnels without fully considering their practical needs for urban utility tunnels. Combined with the existing literature and the characteristics of the urban utility tunnel, a macroscopic suitability evaluation index system for the construction of the urban utility tunnel is constructed. Based on the pilot city of urban utility tunnel, the entropy method was used to determine the index weight, and finally the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of macroscopic suitability was established. This paper aims to provide a way to evaluate the suitability level of utility tunnel construction from the macroscopic level of the city, so as to avoid the blindness of the construction of utility tunnel in the cities.
