小城市装修垃圾收运及资源化处理模式的实践探索——以桐乡市为例

摘要:

相较于一般的拆建垃圾,装修垃圾的来源更加分散、组分更加复杂,使其难以直接套用其他垃圾的收运模式与处置方式。以桐乡市为例,通过实地调研与取样试验,梳理该市装修垃圾收运体系建设现状,评价资源化处理工艺的成效。结果表明,该市现具备完善的装修垃圾投放及中转设施,同时推行“固定回收+临时预约”的收运方式,构建了一套完备的收运体系;该市资源化企业的“多级分选+循环破筛”工艺路线效果突出,装修垃圾再生骨料的含杂率低至0.7%,处理过程与末端产品污染风险可控。基于以上装修垃圾收运及资源化处理成效,有望为其他地区和企业提供一套可资借鉴的范例。

Abstract:

Compared with general demolition and construction waste, renovation waste is more scattered in sources and more complex in composition, making it difficult to directly apply the collection, transportation modes and disposal methods of other types of waste. Taking Tongxiang city as an example, the current status of the construction of the renovation waste collection and transportation system are sorted out in the city and the effectiveness of resource utilization treatment processes through field investigations and sampling tests is evaluated. The results show that the city currently has sound renovation waste disposal and transfer facilities, and has implemented the “fixed recycling + temporary appointment” collection and transportation method, establishing a complete collection and transportation system. The “multi-stage sorting + circular crushing and screening” process route adopted by resource utilization enterprises in the city have achieved remarkable results: the impurity content of recycled aggregate from renovation waste is as low as 0. 7%, and the pollution risks in the treatment process and end products are controllable. Based on the above achievements in renovation waste collection, transportation and resource utilization treatment, it is expected to provide a replicable sample model for reference for other regions and enterprises.
