传统村落作为我国传统文化的发源地之一,传统民居是村落环境的主要物质组成部分,是传承文脉和乡村振兴的重要载体,因而传统民居建筑更新设计研究意义重大。受财政资源有限以及传统民居数量众多的双重影响,筛选重要关键的民居保护对象,并对其更新以快速带动村落发展、实现产业振兴成为当今的重要议题。当前该领域研究成果主要集中在民居本身的更新改造设计,围绕保护、产业、规划等多角度研究民居更新对象筛选和适宜更新设计的方法甚少。琉璃渠村是我国第一批传统村落,村内部有大量传统民居,但其保护与利用状态堪忧,因此拟以该村为例,通过多要素层级评价对民居样本对象进行系统筛选,探索科学筛选民居和更新设计的方法,谋求更新设计高效促进产业发展的路径。基于历史研究、现场调研与居民访谈等途径,通过多元要素链接联动式方法,系统梳理村落历史文化核心区、分析民居更新现状、结合居民实际需要,筛选出3种典型民居样本类型,并针对性地探索更新设计方法,为传统村落保护发展提供支撑。
Abstract:As vital carriers of cultural heritage and rural revitalization, traditional dwellings constitute the primary material component of traditional villages, which are among the birthplaces of Chinese traditional culture. Research on the renewal design of these dwellings holds significant value. However, constrained by limited financial resources and the vast number of traditional dwellings, identifying key conservation targets and implementing targeted renewal strategies to swiftly drive village development and industrial revitalization has become a pressing issue. Current studies predominantly focus on the architectural renovation of dwellings themselves, while research integrating conservation, industrial integration, and planning perspectives to establish systematic criteria for selecting renewal targets and appropriate design methods remains scarce. Taking Liuliqu, a first-tier traditional village with numerous poorly preserved dwellings, as a case study, this paper proposes a multi-factor hierarchical evaluation framework to systematically screen representative dwelling samples. It aims to explore scientific methods for selecting and renewing dwellings, seeking pathways to efficiently align renewal designs with industrial development. Through historical research, field surveys, and resident interviews, an integrated multifactor linkage approach was adopted to delineate the village's historical-cultural core areas, analyze renewal conditions, and identify three typical dwelling typologies based on practical needs. Tailored renewal strategies were developed accordingly, providing theoretical and practical support for the preservation and sustainable development of traditional villages.
