历史文化街区是城市特色与风貌的重要组成部分,是城市传统文化的重要载体,拥有多重价值。但在现今这个经济发展迅速、部分工作考核以政绩为主的时期,历史文化街区的价值逐渐被忽略。本文在梳理历史文化街区现状问题的同时,分析了产生问题的原因,并重新审视总结了历史文化街区所拥有的多种价值,指出只有正确认识历史文化街区的价值,才能更好的保护各级历史文化名城,将更多的传统文化展示给世界。
Abstract：As part of urban distinguishing features and the carrier of urban traditional culture,historical and cultural blocks have multiple values.However,the value is gradually ignored with the rapid development of economics in such a period when some work is assessed mainly by achievement in official career.This thesis classifies the problems that historical and cultural blocks are facing with,analyzes the reasons at the same time,and reviews and summarizes multiple values they have.It is pointed out that the historical and cultural cities of all levels can be protected better and showed to the world more traditional culture,only when understanding the values of them correctly.
