我国的法律和北京市的地方法规都规定了汉语在语言景观中的主导地位,而对外语则缺乏明确规定,这构成了北京"韩国城社区"语言景观构想空间的基点.政府的外语语言实践活动仅聚焦英语,忽略了其他语言.而该社区语言景观中除了有英语也有韩语、法语和德语,这一现状使得相关部门有必要根据该社区的特点,制定具体的规章条例,增加或规范韩语标识,以提升社区语言服务水平,突出"韩国城社区"乃至整个望京地区族裔特色,使其不仅成为宜居社区,也成为游客光顾的地方,为北京乃至中国的旅游产业做出贡献.
Abstract：The conceived space of Korean town communities' linguistic landscape is examined through reviewing the relevant state laws and municipal regulations on language uses in public. It is found that the dominance of Chinese is guaranteed by state laws and municipal regulations, which do not specify on the usage of foreign languages; the language practices of governmental campaigns only focus on English, and other foreign languages seem to be under governmental radar. Given the fact that there are other foreign languages such as Korean and French in the linguistic landscape of Korean town communities,the study comes up with such proposals as following:Korean town communities' unique linguistic landscape also can be further improved with an aim to turning Wangjing into a unique vibrant ethnic and gourmet center characterized by pursuing personal growth and success, which will contribute to local economy by attracting various sightseeing visitors.
