工程造价管理的精细化有助于提高投资造价的控制能力,解决造价管理中的"三超"问题.在对工程造价精细化管理的内涵进行研究的基础上,分析了工程造价精细化管理存在的信息问题及其危害,并结合BIM模型的主要信息功能,论述了应用BIM技术对工程造价精细化管理中的价值.

The refine cost management of construction is helpful to improve the investment cost control ability,and to solve "Third Surpass"problems in cost management. Based on the study about connation of the refinement cost management of construction,the engineering cost information problems of fine management and its harm are analyzed. Combined with the ability of BIM technology in information expression,computing, information sharing, and the advantages of information transmission, the application of BIM technology to promote the value of the project cost of fine management is presented.
