声学材料在塑料排水管道降噪中的应用

摘要:

通过管道包扎的方法研究声学材料对塑料排水管道噪声的控制,并根据6种声学材料的厚度、密度和面密度,分析比较它们在中低频段、中高频段和高频段的降噪效果.可知在所选材料中,静音棉在中低频段和中高频段的降噪效果最好,等效A声级分别降低了3.85 dB和6.89 dB;隔声毡在高频段的降噪效果最好,等效A声级降低了16.55 dB.在中低频段和中高频段,厚度是影响声学材料降噪效果的重要因素.在高频段,厚度和密度对声学材料的降噪效果都有很大的影响.

Abstract:

By means of pipe wrapping the control of the noise of plastic drain pipe to acoustic material is researched. The effect of noise reduction in medium and low frequency,medium and high frequency and high frequency is analysed based on the thickness,the density and surface density of each acoustic material. In medium and low frequency and medium and high frequency,acoustic foam has the best effect of noise reduction,and its equivalent consecutive sound level A reduced 3. 85 dB and 6. 89 dB respectively; in high frequency,barrier mat has the best effect of noise reduction,and its equivalent consecutive sound level A reduced 16. 55 dB. In medium and low frequency and medium and high frequency,thickness is a big factor affecting the noise reduction effect of acoustic material. In high frequency,the noise reduction effect of acoustic material can be greatly influenced by the thickness and density.
