以全寿命周期为研究视角,把可持续建筑理念运用到全寿命周期各个阶段的城市综合管廊项目建设中,通过剖析当前国内城市综合管廊项目全寿命期各阶段存在的问题,有针对性地提出在决策阶段进行科学合理性的规划,设计阶段进行可持续性的设计,施工阶段进行绿色环保的施工,运营阶段采用良好的运营管理观点,旨在提升综合管廊项目可持续性发展理念和推进可持续建筑环境的建设.
Abstract:Taking the life cycle theory as the research perspective,the idea of sustainable building was applied to the construction of urban utility tunnel in all stages of the whole life cycle.Through the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of the urban utility tunnel,the consideration of the sustainable development of urban utility tunnel,scientific rationality planning in the planning stage,sustainable design in the design stage,green construction in the construction stage and the new technology of green environmental protection in the operation stage are put forwand.The purpose of this paper is to enhance the concept of sustainable development of urban utility tunnel and promote the construction of sustainable building environment.
