浙江教育学院老校区宿舍楼为建造于20世纪50年代的砌体结构历史保护建筑,检测鉴定结果显示结构竖向承载力及抗震性能均较差,且早已到达设计使用年限,需要修缮加固。从结构体系和结构构件2个层面采取加固措施。在老旧砌体端部补充设置横墙,形成了闭合墙体,有效地提高了结构的整体刚度和抗震性能,同时增设圈梁加强结构的整体性和牢固性,采取高延性混凝土对老旧砌体进行加固。分析表明高延性混凝土抗震加固效果明显优于抗压加固效果,混凝土梁加固方式则根据实测混凝土强度采取了包钢法加固,在木楼盖下方加设钢梁的加固方式既保证了结构安全也保留了原建筑的历史风貌,工程项目管理在加固实施过程中起到非常重要的作用。
Abstract:The dormitory building of the old campus of Zhejiang Education University is a masonry structure historical protected building built in the 1950s, adopting the design standards of the former Soviet Union. The inspection and appraisal results show that the vertical bearing capacity and seismic performance of the structure are poor, and it has already reached the design service life, requiring repair and reinforcement. Take reinforcement measures from two levels: structural system and structural components. Adding transverse walls at the end of the old masonry to form a closed wall effectively improves the overall stiffness and seismic performance of the structure, while adding ring beams to enhance the overall integrity and firmness of the structure. Adopting high ductility concrete to reinforce old masonry, analysis shows that the seismic reinforcement effect of high ductility concrete is significantly better than the compressive reinforcement effect. The reinforcement method for concrete beams was based on the measured strength of the concrete and adopted the steel encased reinforcement method. The reinforcement method of adding steel beams under the wooden building cover not only ensures structural safety but also preserves the historical style of the original building. Engineering project management plays a very important role in the reinforcement implementation process.
