老旧小区的更新改造是城市更新的重要内容之一。在目前待改造的老旧小区中，微型小区数量众多。随着居民生活水平的提高，其对于公共生活的要求也在不断提高。公共空间作为居民公共生活的重要载体，却由于空间微小难以满足居民对于交通、交往活动等方面的要求。以车公庄北里40号院为例，梳理微型老旧小区公共空间的现状与问题，针对其小微空间的特点，提出复合各类空间挖掘场地潜能、利用边角空间增加停车容量、打造立体绿化增加景观层次、增加空间层次提高活动效率和组合便民设施优化设施空间等精细化更新设计策略，为老旧小区整合环境资源、打造集约空间、创造美好的人居环境提供了可能路径。
Abstract：The renovation of old community is one of the important contents of urban renewal. Among the old residential areas to be renovated at present, there are a large number of micro residential areas. With the improvement of residents' living standards, the requirements for public life are also increasing. As an important carrier of residents' public life, public space is difficult to meet residents' requirements for transportation, communication activities and other aspects due to its small size. Taking the No. 40 Courtyard of Chegongzhuang Beili as an example, the current situation and problem of the public space in the micro-district are analyzed, and according to the characteristics of its micro-district space, the refined renewal design strategy is put forward in combining various kinds of space to tap the potential of the site, using the corner space to increase the parking capacity, creating three-dimensional greening to increase the landscape level, increasing the space level to improve the activity efficiency, and combining the convenience facilities to optimize the facility space, so as to provide a path for integrating the environmental resources for the old community, creating an intensive space and making a beautiful living environment for old community.
