随着城市轨道交通的高速发展,有关车辆-线路-隧道耦合作用下的隧道结构动力学研究日益重要.运用精细化三维数值建模方法,建立车-线-隧三维数值仿真模型,车辆为Simpack构建的三维多体动力学仿真模型,隧道与线路为耦合动力学有限元模型,运用黏弹性人工边界模拟无限域,通过模型研究移动荷载作用下的地铁盾构隧道衬砌结构动力学响应状态与规律.研究结果表明,在移动荷载作用下,隧道衬砌环向经过多次加载卸载过,不同位置的动力响应状态各不相同,但总体动应力水平较低;隧道环向轴力和弯矩受动力影响较明显,同时应重视速率效应的影响;同一时刻不同断面的动力响应不同,且动应力绝对值均较小.设计施工时有必要重视地铁列车长期运行下的隧道整体结构的动力稳定性.
Abstract:With the rapid development of urban rail transit, the tunnel structure dynamics under vehicle-line-tunnel coupling is more and more important. The refined three-dimensional numerical modeling method is used to establish the three-dimensional numerical simulation model of vehicle-line-tunnel. The vehicle is the three-dimensional dynamic simulation model of simpack. The tunnel and the line are the coupled dynamic finite element model. The viscoelastic artificial boundary is used to simulate the infinite domain. The dynamic response state of the lining structure of Metro Shield tunnel under moving loads is studied through the model. Under the action of moving load, the tunnel lining dynamic response at different locations is diverse after repeated loading and unloading, but the overall dynamic stress level is low; the axial force and bending moment of tunnel ring are obviously affected by dynamic force, and the velocity effect should be paid attention to. The dynamic response of different sections at the same time is diverse, and the dynamic stress level is low. In design and construction, it should pay attention to the dynamic stability of the whole tunnel structure under the long-term operation of Metro trains.
