探究再生骨料预拌对其磨耗破碎及透水混凝土性能的影响,并优化配合比。选用5~10 mm、10~20 mm 2种粒径再生骨料,研究预拌时间对再生骨料及透水混凝土性能的影响,并基于磨耗粉体采用“孔隙替代”、“浆体替代”两种方法优化透水混凝土配合比,最后利用图像分析法结合MATLAB软件进行孔隙特征分析。结果表明:随预拌时间的增加,再生骨料破碎率、磨耗率逐渐变大,透水混凝土的透水性能下降;2种替代方法对不同粒径再生骨料透水混凝土的抗压强度存在差异,但均能有效提升透水性能。
Abstract:This study aims to investigate the effects of pre-mixing recycled aggregate on its abrasion and crushing characteristics, as well as on the properties of pervious concrete, and to optimize the mix design. Recycled aggregates with particle sizes of 5-10 mm and 10-20 mm were adopted. The influence of pre-mixing time on the properties of both the recycled aggregate and the resulting pervious concrete was studied. Based on the abraded fines generated, the mix design of pervious concrete was optimized using two methods: the “void replacement method” and the “paste replacement method”. Finally, pore characteristic analysis was performed using image analysis combined with MATLAB software. The results indicate that: with increasing pre-mixing time, the crushing rate and abrasion rate of the recycled aggregate gradually increased, while the water permeability of the pervious concrete decreased; The two replacement methods exhibited differences in their effect on the compressive strength of pervious concrete made with different-sized recycled aggregates, but both methods effectively improved the water permeability.
