随着时代的不断发展，乡村产业经济与生活方式的转变，皖西南大屋民居亟待更新与改造，而在现有改造中，经常出现只关注建筑单体，忽视乡村环境建设的现象，破坏了乡村的原有秩序与和谐美感，虽改造后的新建筑林立，但乡村的整体环境却在不断倒退，那么如何使皖西南大屋民居改造与乡村环境优化紧密结合是值得深入思考的问题，在对皖西南大屋民居的基本特征与改造问题分析的基础上，基于内外环境优化视角，提出改造目标与原则，并以程冲村乡村驿站项目为例，从乡村外部表征环境与内部使用环境2个方面，归纳皖西南大屋民居的改造方法，为皖西南以及相似地区的传统民居改造实践提供一定的理论参考。
Abstract：With the continuous development of the times and the change of rural industrial economy and life style, big houses in southwest Anhui are in urgent need of renewal and transformation. However, in the existing transformation, the phenomena of only focusing on single buildings and ignoring the construction of rural environment often occur, which destroy the original order and harmonious beauty of the countryside. Although there are many new buildings after the transformation, the overall environment of the countryside is constantly retrogressing. Therefore, how to closely combine the reconstruction of large houses in southwest Anhui with the optimization of rural environment is a problem worthy of in-depth consideration. Based on the analysis of the basic characteristics and reconstruction problems of large houses in southwest Anhui and the perspective of internal and external environment optimization, the transformation objectives and principles are proposed. Taking the project of Chengchong Village Rural Station as an example, the reconstruction is carried out from two aspects: rural external representation environment and internal use environment. The reconstruction methods of Dawu residential houses in the southwest of Anhui province are summarized, and some theoretical references for the reconstruction practice of traditional residential houses in the southwest of Anhui and similar areas are provided.
