本文首先回顾了智能建筑的起源并剖析了它的内涵 ,认为结构与系统决定了建筑物的“先天智能” ,服务与管理影响着建筑物的“后天智能”。其次 ,用系统工程的观点论述了智能建筑系统集成的实质。提出了系统集成的目标就是要按照大系统多目标准则 ,采用协调和优化的方法使建筑物的智能提高。最后指出系统集成的内容、数量、程度、质量应由用户决定 ,按其所需集成 ,没有统一的标准。。

First of all, the beginning of intelligent building is reviewed and the connotation for it is analyzed. The author thinks that structures of system determine “the inborn intelligence” of building and the service influences “the postnatal intelligence" of building. Then the central point for intelligent building system integration is discussed using the view of system engineering. The purpose to propose the system integrating is to raise the intelligence of building by using the coordinated and optimized method. At last, the contents; quantities; level and qualities of system integration should be determined by user according the necessity of intergration.
